Easter cupcakes

Chance isn't really a big fan of chocolate which left me a bit stuck for Easter. He loves carrot cake so instead I made him little carrot cupcakes with cream cheese icing! I bought little coloured chocolate eggs for decorating as well as an Easter themed chocolate mould, and this was the result! I coloured the icing with green food colouring for some fun too.
